Do zombies exist? They will on Friday, October 8th as East Bay Bike Party celebrates it's *sixth* ride with... ZOMBIES!
Yes, it's the much-anticipated Zombie Ride. So come as the dead, the undead, the living dead, the walking dead, as your favorite zombie hunter, or something else zombie-related.
As usual, the gathering begins at 7:30pm and the ride will leave at 8pm sharp... like the teeth of the zombies we'll be emulating. We leave from Frank Ogawa Plaza (City Hall) and will ride south to Jack London Square, head out to the Port of Oakland (and back), then up through Chinatown, Old Oakland, Uptown and out to Lake Merritt before we stop at the Parkway Lounge.
We've set things up so that we'll have (free) bike parking and (cash) pizza sandwiches available at the Parkway, just like last time we were there (as superheroes). So bring your bike, your inner zombie, and maybe a little cash, and join us on Friday the 8th for the Bike Party ZOMBIE RIDE!!!
And don't forget your lights and helmet, because on that night -- more than ever -- you'll need to protect your BRAINS!!!
